My name is Matt Cavanaugh. I am a mathematician, serial entrepreneur, and real estate team leader. There are very few things that bring more joy than helping my colleagues and clients reach their life goals.

I began my career in real estate after a successful career in sales and marketing. My experience working for a large service company helped prepare me to have amazing results in the real estate industry. Within 1 year of going into real estate, I started to building a team that would allow us to help sellers throughout the state of California.

Over the last couple years, we started branching out and are now selling homes throughout many different states across the country.

My name is Jon Burden. I have been a Realtor for 4 years and have listed and sold over 100 properties ranging from 100,000 to 1.8 Million. We have vastly exceeded seller’s expectations through our negotiation skills and marketing by creating bidding wars for sellers resulting in the seller netting $36,000 more than they originally desired while the buyer agreed to pay over appraised value by 36,000.

We pride ourselves on a unique approach to marketing among Real Estate agents where most simply post the property on the Multiple Listing Service, print some flyers and hope the home sells. On a personal note, I gained a lot of teamwork, mental toughness, and attention to detail skills while I was a Navy SEAL trainee and a Search and Rescue Swimmer during my time in the US Navy.
